ec30d78c14 xfrm: add xdst pcpu cache
retain last used xfrm_dst in a pcpu cache.
On next request, reuse this dst if the policies are the same.

The cache will not help with strict RR workloads as there is no hit.

The cache packet-path part is reasonably small, the notifier part is
needed so we do not add long hangs when a device is dismantled but some
pcpu xdst still holds a reference, there are also calls to the flush
operation when userspace deletes SAs so modules can be removed
(there is no hit.

We need to run the dst_release on the correct cpu to avoid races with
packet path.  This is done by adding a work_struct for each cpu and then
doing the actual test/release on each affected cpu via schedule_work_on().

Test results using 4 network namespaces and null encryption:

UDP tests used 64byte packets, tests ran for one minute each,
value is average over ten iterations.

'Flow cache' is 'net-next', 'No flow cache' is net-next plus this
series but without this patch.

After rcu conversions performance degradation in forward tests isn't that
noticeable anymore.

A followup patcg could then also remove genid from the policies
as we do not cache bundles anymore.

3ca28286ea xfrm_policy: bypass flow_cache_lookup
Instead of consulting flow cache, call the xfrm bundle/policy lookup
functions directly.  This pretends the flow cache had no entry.

This helps to gradually remove flow cache integration,
followup commit will remove the dead code that this change adds.

3c2a89ddc1 net: xfrm: revert to lower xfrm dst gc limit
revert c386578f1c ("xfrm: Let the flowcache handle its size by default.").

Once we remove flow cache, we don't have a flow cache limit anymore.
We must not allow (virtually) unlimited allocations of xfrm dst entries.
Revert back to the old xfrm dst gc limits.

0ab1031474 drivers: net: add missing interrupt.h include
these drivers use tasklets or irq apis, but don't include interrupt.h.
Once flow cache is removed the implicit interrupt.h inclusion goes away
which will break the build.

Instead of relying on a bitmap flag, add a new multi_chip info flag to
describe the presence of the indirect SMI access though the two device
registers 0x0 and 0x1.

All remaining capabilities and flags are now unused. Remove the

68b8f60cf7 net: dsa: mv88e6xxx: add Energy Detect ops
The 88E6352 family supports Energy Detect and has one bit for Sense and
one bit for periodically transmit NLP (Energy Detect+TM). The 88E6390
family adds another bit to distinguish Auto or SW wake-up. Chips
supporting EEE all have an EEE Enabled bit in the Port Status Register.

This patch adds new ops for the PHY Energy Detect accesses.

This also allows us to get rid of the MV88E6XXX_FLAG_EEE flag.

The 88E6185 family only has one 16-bit register to mark the 16 802.1D
reserved multicast addresses in the range of 01:80:C2:00:00:0x as MGMT.

The 88E6352 family also has one 16-bit register to mark the 16 GARP
reserved multicast addresses in the range of 01:80:C2:00:00:2x as MGMT.

Split the existing mv88e6095 prefixed mgmt_rsvd2cpu operation into two
distinct mv88e6185 and mv88e6352 prefixed operations, and wrap its call
into a mv88e6xxx_rsvd2cpu_setup helper.

This allows us to also get rid of the MV88E6XXX_CAP_G2_MGMT_EN_* flags.

84969465dd hfsplus: Don't clear SGID when inheriting ACLs
When new directory 'DIR1' is created in a directory 'DIR0' with SGID bit
set, DIR1 is expected to have SGID bit set (and owning group equal to
the owning group of 'DIR0'). However when 'DIR0' also has some default
ACLs that 'DIR1' inherits, setting these ACLs will result in SGID bit on
'DIR1' to get cleared if user is not member of the owning group.

Fix the problem by creating __hfsplus_set_posix_acl() function that does
not call posix_acl_update_mode() and use it when inheriting ACLs. That
prevents SGID bit clearing and the mode has been properly set by
posix_acl_create() anyway.

According to ECMA-130 standard maximum valid track number is 99. Since
'session' mount option starts indexing at 0 (and we add 1 to the passed
number), we should refuse value 99. Also the condition in
isofs_get_last_session() unnecessarily repeats the check - remove it.

group bits of i_mode to the value of the mask, and only then set the
actual extended attribute representing the new acl.

If the second part fails (due to lack of space, for example) and the
file had no acl attribute to begin with, the system will from now on
assume that the mask permission bits are actual group permission bits,
potentially granting access to the wrong users.

Prevent this by only changing the inode mode after the acl has been set.

ebc9ca43e1 IB/core: Allow QP state transition from reset to error
Playing with IP-O-IB interface can trigger a warning message:
"ib0: Failed to modify QP to ERROR state" to be logged.
This happens when the QP is in IB_QPS_RESET state and the stack
is trying to transition it to IB_QPS_ERR state in ipoib_ib_dev_stop().

According to the IB spec, Table 91 - "QP State Transition Properties"
it looks like the transition from reset to error is valid:

Transition: Any State to Error
Required Attributes: None
Optional Attributes: None allowed
Actions: Queue processing is stopped. Work Requests pending or in
process are completed in error, when possible.

This patch allows the transition and quiets the message.

In hip06 SoC, RoCE driver creates 8 reserved loopback QPs to
ensure zero wqe when free mr. However, if the enabled phy
port number is less than 6, it will fail in polling cqe with
8 reserved loopback QPs.

In order to solve this problem, the number of loopback Qps
will be adjusted based on the number of enabled phy port.

fda85ce912 IB/rxe: Fix kernel panic from skb destructor
In the time between rxe_send has finished and skb destructor
called, the QP's ref count might be 0, leading to a possible
QP destruction. This will lead to a kernel panic when the destructor
dereferences the QP.

The operation of incrementing QP ref count at rxe_send and decrementing
from skb destructor will prevent this crash.

8fe8bacb92 IB/core: Add ordered workqueue for RoCE GID management
Currently the RoCE GID management uses the ib_wq to do add and delete new GIDs
according to the netdev events.

The ib_wq isn't an ordered workqueue and thus two work elements can be executed
concurrently which will result in unexpected behavior and inconsistency of the
GIDs cache content.

Example:
ifconfig eth1 11.11.11.11/16 up

This command will invoke the following netdev events in the following order:
1. NETDEV_UP
2. NETDEV_DOWN
3. NETDEV_UP

If (2) and (3) will be executed concurrently or in reverse order, instead of
having a new GID with 11.11.11.11 IP, we will end up without any new GIDs.

12cc1a0273 IB/mlx5: Clean mr_cache debugfs in case of failure
The failure in creation of debugfs entries for mr_cache left entries,
which were already created.

It caused to mismatch and misguiding for the end users. The solution
is to clean mr_cache debugfs root, so no leftovers will be in the
system. In addition, let's document why the error is not needed to be
forwarded to user in case of failure.

d83187dda9 IB/IPoIB: Convert IPoIB to memalloc_noio_* calls
Commit 21caf2fc19 ("mm: teach mm by current context info to not do I/O
during memory allocation") added the memalloc_noio_(save|restore) functions
to enable people to modify the MM behavior by disabling I/O during memory
allocation. This was further extended in Fixes: 934f3072c1 ("mm: clear
__GFP_FS when PF_MEMALLOC_NOIO is set"). memalloc_noio_* functions prevent
allocation paths recursing back into the filesystem without explicitly
changing the flags for every allocation site.

However the IPoIB hasn't been keeping up with the changes and missed
completely these memalloc_noio_* calls. This led to update of
allocation site with special QP creation flag, see commit 09b93088d7
("IB: Add a QP creation flag to use GFP_NOIO allocations"), while this
flag is supported by small number of drivers in IB stack.

Let's change it by updating to memalloc_noio_* calls and allow
for every driver underneath enjoy NOIO allocations.

The msleep(1) may do not sleep 1 ms as expected
and will sleep longer. The simple conversion from
msleep to usleep_range between 1ms and 2ms can solve an
issue.
