spi: mpc52xx-psc: Make mpc52xx_psc_spi_transfer_one_message() static
With W=1:

    drivers/spi/spi-mpc52xx-psc.c:178:5: warning: no previous prototype for ‘mpc52xx_psc_spi_transfer_one_message’ [-Wmissing-prototypes]
      178 | int mpc52xx_psc_spi_transfer_one_message(struct spi_controller *ctlr,
	  |     ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

mpc52xx_psc_spi_transfer_one_message() is only used inside the file that
defines it. Hence fix this by making it static.

spi: spi-mpc52xx-psc: Fix an unsigned comparison that can never be negative
In struct mpc52xx_psc_spi, the variable 'irq' is declared as an unsigned int.
The comparison of variable 'irq' with signed int operand is incorrect. Also,
the return value from the call to platform_get_irq(pdev,0) is int and it is
assigned to an unsigned int variable 'irq', thus redeclaring the type of
variable 'irq' to signed int.

This fixes warning such as:

spi: mpc5xxx-psc: Use platform resources instead of parsing DT properties
The mpc52xx-psc and mpc512x-psc drivers use DT property parsing
functions for 'reg' and 'interrupts', but those are available as
platform device resources. Convert probe functions to use them and
simplify probe to a single function. For 'cell-index', also use the
preferred typed property function.

spi: mpc52xx-psc: Switch to using core message queue
We deprecated open coding of the transfer queue back in 2017 so it's high
time we finished up converting drivers to use the standard message queue
code. The mpc52xx-psc driver is fairly straightforward so convert to use
transfer_one_message(), it looks like the driver would be a good fit for
transfer_one() with a little bit of updating but this smaller change seems
safer.

The driver seems like a good candidate for transfer_one() but the chip
select function is actually doing rather more than just updating the chip
select and both transfer_one() and transfer_one_message() are current APIs
so leave that refactoring for another day, ideally by someone with the
hardware.

spi: use new spi_transfer_delay_exec helper where straightforward
For many places in the spi drivers, using the new `spi_transfer_delay`
helper is straightforward.
It's just replacing:
```
  if (t->delay_usecs)
     udelay(t->delay_usecs);
```
with `spi_transfer_delay(t)` which handles both `delay_usecs` and the new
`delay` field.

This change replaces in all places (in the spi drivers) where this change
is simple.

ac96b737cd spi: spi-mpc52xx-psc: Remove deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue
The workqueue "workqueue" has a single work item(&mps->work)
doesn't require ordering. Also, it is not being used on a memory reclaim
path. Hence, the singlethreaded workqueue has been replaced with the use
of system_wq.

System workqueues have been able to handle high level of concurrency
for a long time now and hence it's not required to have a singlethreaded
workqueue just to gain concurrency. Unlike a dedicated per-cpu workqueue
created with create_singlethread_workqueue(), system_wq allows multiple
work items to overlap executions even on the same CPU; however, a
per-cpu workqueue doesn't have any CPU locality or global ordering
guarantee unless the target CPU is explicitly specified and thus the
increase of local concurrency shouldn't make any difference.

Work item has been flushed in mpc52xx_psc_spi_of_remove() to ensure that
nothing is pending while disconnecting the driver.
