Usually, We only need to print the error log when there is a PCIe card but
initialization fails. Whether the driver finds the PCIe card or not is the
expected behavior. So it's better to log these information with dev_info().

These codes are used to read NFTS_TIMEOUT_DELAY register value and
write it into kernel log after writing the register. they are only
used for debugging during driver development, so there is no need
to keep them now.

Upstream a long-standing OpenWrt patch [0] that fixes MT7620 PCIe PLL
lock check. The existing code checks the wrong register bit: PPLL_SW_SET
is not defined in PPLL_CFG1 and bit 31 of PPLL_CFG1 is marked as reserved
in the MT7620 Programming Guide. The correct bit to check for PLL lock
is PPLL_LD (bit 23).
Also reword the error message for clarity.
Without this change it is unlikely that this driver ever worked with
mainline kernel.

match go away:
WARNING: vmlinux.o(.text+0x56acd4): Section mismatch in reference from the function pcibios_scanbus() to the function .init.text:pcibios_map_irq()
The function pcibios_scanbus() references
the function __init pcibios_map_irq().
This is often because pcibios_scanbus lacks a __init

Commit a53e35db70 ("reset: Ensure drivers are explicit when requesting
reset lines") started to transition the reset control request API calls
to explicitly state whether the driver needs exclusive or shared reset
control behavior. Convert all drivers requesting exclusive resets to the
explicit API call so the temporary transition helpers can be removed.

Historically a lot of these existed because we did not have
a distinction between what was modular code and what was providing
support to modules via EXPORT_SYMBOL and friends. That changed
when we forked out support for the latter into the export.h file.
This means we should be able to reduce the usage of module.h
in code that is obj-y Makefile or bool Kconfig. The advantage
in doing so is that module.h itself sources about 15 other headers;
adding significantly to what we feed cpp, and it can obscure what
headers we are effectively using.
Since module.h was the source for init.h (for __init) and for
export.h (for EXPORT_SYMBOL) we consider each obj-y/bool instance
for the presence of either and replace as needed.
We also needed to remove the no-op MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE usage in
several instances to permit removal of the module.h include. The
files in these instances were all controlled by bool Kconfig.
In one instance, module_param was being used so we transition the
module.h include onto a moduleparam.h include.

The "a" version of the MT7620 has single port PCIE bus. The driver is
straightforward without any special magic required. The driver works on
MT7620 and MT7628. There are a few magic values that get written to the
pcie phy and a register of which we only know the name. I marked these
places as vodoo in the comments above the code.
