7a04ff1277 net: x25: remove dead links from Kconfig
Remove the "You can read more about X.25 at" links provided in
Kconfig as they have not pointed at any relevant pages for quite
a while.

An old copy of https://www.sangoma.com/tutorials/x25/ can be
retrieved via https://archive.org/web/ but nothing useful seems
to have been preserved for http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/X.25

For the sake of necromancy and those who really did want to
read more about X.25, a previous incarnation of Kconfig included
a link to:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios11/cbook/cx25.htm

Which can still be read at:
https://web.archive.org/web/20071013101232/http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/11_0/router/configuration/guide/cx25.html

535094a0c9 Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: X.25 network layer
Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
            Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

a7f7f6248d treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'
Since commit 84af7a6194 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

70bd8f647e net/x25: remove depends on CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL
The CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL config item has not carried much meaning for a
while now and is almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the
Linux kernel summit, remove it from any "depends on" lines in Kconfigs.

77b2283604 x25: remove the BKL
This replaces all instances of lock_kernel in x25
with lock_sock, taking care to release the socket
lock around sleeping functions (sock_alloc_send_skb
and skb_recv_datagram). It is not clear whether
this is a correct solution, but it seem to be what
other protocols do in the same situation.

Includes a fix suggested by Eric Dumazet.

6de5bd128d BKL: introduce CONFIG_BKL.
With all the patches we have queued in the BKL removal tree, only a
few dozen modules are left that actually rely on the BKL, and even
there are lots of low-hanging fruit. We need to decide what to do
about them, this patch illustrates one of the options:

Every user of the BKL is marked as 'depends on BKL' in Kconfig,
and the CONFIG_BKL becomes a user-visible option. If it gets
disabled, no BKL using module can be built any more and the BKL
code itself is compiled out.

The one exception is file locking, which is practically always
enabled and does a 'select BKL' instead. This effectively forces
CONFIG_BKL to be enabled until we have solved the fs/lockd
mess and can apply the patch that removes the BKL from fs/locks.c.

6a2e9b738c [NET]: move config options out to individual protocols
Move the protocol specific config options out to the specific protocols.
With this change net/Kconfig now starts to become readable and serve as a
good basis for further re-structuring.

The menu structure is left almost intact, except that indention is
fixed in most cases. Most visible are the INET changes where several
"depends on INET" are replaced with a single ifdef INET / endif pair.

Several new files were created to accomplish this change - they are
small but serve the purpose that config options are now distributed
out where they belongs.
