dc1badf630 i40iw: constify i40iw_vf_cqp_ops structure 
The i40iw_vf_cqp_ops structure is never modified, so declare it as const.

Done with the help of Coccinelle.

i40iw_vf.[ch] and i40iw_virtchnl[ch] are used for virtual
channel support for iWARP VF module.
