The DLL(Delay Line) is newly added to assist in sampling read data.
The DLL provides the ability to programmatically select a quantized
delay (in fractions of the clock period) regardless of on-chip variations
such as process, voltage and temperature (PVT).
This patch adds a user interface to set slave delay line via device tree.
It's usually used in high speed mode like mmc DDR mode when the signal
quality is not good caused by board design, e.g. the signal path is too
long. User can manually set delay line to find a suitable data sampling
window for card to work properly.

mrst is used as common name to represent all intel_mid type
soc's. But moorsetwon is just one of the intel_mid soc. So
renamed them to use intel_mid.
This patch mainly renames the variables and related
functions that uses *mrst* prefix with *intel_mid*.
To ensure that there are no functional changes, I have compared
the objdump of related files before and after rename and found
the only difference is symbol and name changes.

AT91 ADC hardware integrate touch screen support. So this patch add touch
screen support for at91 adc iio driver.
To enable touch screen support in adc, you need to add the dt parameters:
1. which type of touch are used? (4 or 5 wires), sample period time.
2. correct pressure detect threshold value.
In the meantime, since touch screen will use a interal period trigger of adc,
so it is conflict to other hardware triggers. Driver will disable the hardware
trigger support if touch screen is enabled.
This driver has been tested in AT91SAM9X5-EK and SAMA5D3x-EK.

This enables us to use the Processor Compatibility Register (PCR) on
POWER7 to put the processor into architecture 2.05 compatibility mode
when running a guest. In this mode the new instructions and registers
that were introduced on POWER7 are disabled in user mode. This
includes all the VSX facilities plus several other instructions such
as ldbrx, stdbrx, popcntw, popcntd, etc.
To select this mode, we have a new register accessible through the
set/get_one_reg interface, called KVM_REG_PPC_ARCH_COMPAT. Setting
this to zero gives the full set of capabilities of the processor.
Setting it to one of the "logical" PVR values defined in PAPR puts
the vcpu into the compatibility mode for the corresponding
architecture level. The supported values are:
0x0f000002 Architecture 2.05 (POWER6)
0x0f000003 Architecture 2.06 (POWER7)
0x0f100003 Architecture 2.06+ (POWER7+)
Since the PCR is per-core, the architecture compatibility level and
the corresponding PCR value are stored in the struct kvmppc_vcore, and
are therefore shared between all vcpus in a virtual core.

POWER7 and later IBM server processors have a register called the
Program Priority Register (PPR), which controls the priority of
each hardware CPU SMT thread, and affects how fast it runs compared
to other SMT threads. This priority can be controlled by writing to
the PPR or by use of a set of instructions of the form or rN,rN,rN
which are otherwise no-ops but have been defined to set the priority
to particular levels.
This adds code to context switch the PPR when entering and exiting
guests and to make the PPR value accessible through the SET/GET_ONE_REG
interface. When entering the guest, we set the PPR as late as
possible, because if we are setting a low thread priority it will
make the code run slowly from that point on. Similarly, the
first-level interrupt handlers save the PPR value in the PACA very
early on, and set the thread priority to the medium level, so that
the interrupt handling code runs at a reasonable speed.

This adds the ability to have a separate LPCR (Logical Partitioning
Control Register) value relating to a guest for each virtual core,
rather than only having a single value for the whole VM. This
corresponds to what real POWER hardware does, where there is a LPCR
per CPU thread but most of the fields are required to have the same
value on all active threads in a core.
The per-virtual-core LPCR can be read and written using the
GET/SET_ONE_REG interface. Userspace can can only modify the
following fields of the LPCR value:
DPFD Default prefetch depth
ILE Interrupt little-endian
TC Translation control (secondary HPT hash group search disable)
We still maintain a per-VM default LPCR value in kvm->arch.lpcr, which
contains bits relating to memory management, i.e. the Virtualized
Partition Memory (VPM) bits and the bits relating to guest real mode.
When this default value is updated, the update needs to be propagated
to the per-vcore values, so we add a kvmppc_update_lpcr() helper to do
that.

The VRSAVE register value for a vcpu is accessible through the
GET/SET_SREGS interface for Book E processors, but not for Book 3S
processors. In order to make this accessible for Book 3S processors,
this adds a new register identifier for GET/SET_ONE_REG, and adds
the code to implement it.

This allows guests to have a different timebase origin from the host.
This is needed for migration, where a guest can migrate from one host
to another and the two hosts might have a different timebase origin.
However, the timebase seen by the guest must not go backwards, and
should go forwards only by a small amount corresponding to the time
taken for the migration.
Therefore this provides a new per-vcpu value accessed via the one_reg
interface using the new KVM_REG_PPC_TB_OFFSET identifier. This value
defaults to 0 and is not modified by KVM. On entering the guest, this
value is added onto the timebase, and on exiting the guest, it is
subtracted from the timebase.
This is only supported for recent POWER hardware which has the TBU40
(timebase upper 40 bits) register. Writing to the TBU40 register only
alters the upper 40 bits of the timebase, leaving the lower 24 bits
unchanged. This provides a way to modify the timebase for guest
migration without disturbing the synchronization of the timebase
registers across CPU cores. The kernel rounds up the value given
to a multiple of 2^24.
Timebase values stored in KVM structures (struct kvm_vcpu, struct
kvmppc_vcore, etc.) are stored as host timebase values. The timebase
values in the dispatch trace log need to be guest timebase values,
however, since that is read directly by the guest. This moves the
setting of vcpu->arch.dec_expires on guest exit to a point after we
have restored the host timebase so that vcpu->arch.dec_expires is a
host timebase value.

This reserves space in get/set_one_reg ioctl for the extra guest state
needed for POWER8. It doesn't implement these at all, it just reserves
them so that the ABI is defined now.
A few things to note here:
- This add *a lot* state for transactional memory. TM suspend mode,
this is unavoidable, you can't simply roll back all transactions and
store only the checkpointed state. I've added this all to
get/set_one_reg (including GPRs) rather than creating a new ioctl
which returns a struct kvm_regs like KVM_GET_REGS does. This means we
if we need to extract the TM state, we are going to need a bucket load
of IOCTLs. Hopefully most of the time this will not be needed as we
can look at the MSR to see if TM is active and only grab them when
needed. If this becomes a bottle neck in future we can add another
ioctl to grab all this state in one go.
- The TM state is offset by 0x80000000.
- For TM, I've done away with VMX and FP and created a single 64x128 bit
VSX register space.
- I've left a space of 1 (at 0x9c) since Paulus needs to add a value
which applies to POWER7 as well.

This deletes the .set_wake() callback in the struct uart_ops.
Apparently this has been unused since pre-git times. In the
old-2.6-bkcvs it is deleted as part of a changeset removing
the PM_SET_WAKEUP from pm_request_t which is since also deleted
from the kernel.
The apropriate way to set wakeups in the kernel is to have a
code snippet like this in .suspend() or .runtime_suspend()
callbacks:
static int foo_suspend(struct device *dev)
{
if (device_may_wakeup(dev)) {
/* Enable wakeups, set internal states */
}

The pin control registers can have interrupts for example
for device wake-up. These interrupts can be treated as a
chained interrupt controller as suggested earlier by
Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>.
This patch adds support for interrupts in a way that
should be pretty generic, and works for the omaps that
support wake-up interrupts. On omaps, there's an
interrupt enable and interrupt status bit for each pin.
The two pinctrl domains on omaps share a single interrupt
from the PRM chained interrupt handler. Support for
other similar hardware should be easy to add.
Note that this patch does not attempt to handle the
wake-up interrupts automatically unlike the earlier
patches. This patch allows the device drivers to do
a request_irq() on the wake-up pins as needed. I'll
try to do also a separate generic patch for handling
the wake-up events automatically.
Also note that as this patch makes the pinctrl-single
an irq controller, the current bindings need some
extra trickery to use interrupts from two different
interrupt controllers for the same driver. So it
might be worth waiting a little on the patches
enabling the wake-up interrupts from drivers as there
should be a generic way to handle it coming. And also
there's been discussion of interrupts-extended binding
for using interrupts from multiple interrupt controllers.
In any case, this patch should be ready to go allowing
handling the wake-up interrupts in a generic way, or
separately from the device drivers.

Shared faults can lead to lots of unnecessary page migrations,
slowing down the system, and causing private faults to hit the
per-pgdat migration ratelimit.
This patch adds sysctl numa_balancing_migrate_deferred, which specifies
how many shared page migrations to skip unconditionally, after each page
migration that is skipped because it is a shared fault.
This reduces the number of page migrations back and forth in
shared fault situations. It also gives a strong preference to
the tasks that are already running where most of the memory is,
and to moving the other tasks to near the memory.
Testing this with a much higher scan rate than the default
still seems to result in fewer page migrations than before.
Memory seems to be somewhat better consolidated than previously,
with multi-instance specjbb runs on a 4 node system.

This patch favours moving tasks towards NUMA node that recorded a higher
number of NUMA faults during active load balancing. Ideally this is
self-reinforcing as the longer the task runs on that node, the more faults
it should incur causing task_numa_placement to keep the task running on that
node. In reality a big weakness is that the nodes CPUs can be overloaded
and it would be more efficient to queue tasks on an idle node and migrate
to the new node. This would require additional smarts in the balancer so
for now the balancer will simply prefer to place the task on the preferred
node for a PTE scans which is controlled by the numa_balancing_settle_count
sysctl. Once the settle_count number of scans has complete the schedule
is free to place the task on an alternative node if the load is imbalanced.

The NUMA PTE scan rate is controlled with a combination of the
numa_balancing_scan_period_min, numa_balancing_scan_period_max and
numa_balancing_scan_size. This scan rate is independent of the size
of the task and as an aside it is further complicated by the fact that
numa_balancing_scan_size controls how many pages are marked pte_numa and
not how much virtual memory is scanned.
In combination, it is almost impossible to meaningfully tune the min and
max scan periods and reasoning about performance is complex when the time
to complete a full scan is is partially a function of the tasks memory
size. This patch alters the semantic of the min and max tunables to be
about tuning the length time it takes to complete a scan of a tasks occupied
virtual address space. Conceptually this is a lot easier to understand. There
is a "sanity" check to ensure the scan rate is never extremely fast based on
the amount of virtual memory that should be scanned in a second. The default
of 2.5G seems arbitrary but it is to have the maximum scan rate after the
patch roughly match the maximum scan rate before the patch was applied.
On a similar note, numa_scan_period is in milliseconds and not
jiffies. Properly placed pages slow the scanning rate but adding 10 jiffies
to numa_scan_period means that the rate scanning slows depends on HZ which
is confusing. Get rid of the jiffies_to_msec conversion and treat it as ms.

This patch enables support for OSPM suspend and resume in the MIC
driver. During a host suspend event, the driver performs an
orderly shutdown of the cards if they are online. Upon resume, any
cards that were previously online before suspend are rebooted.
The driver performs an orderly shutdown of the card primarily to
ensure that applications in the card are terminated and mounted
devices are safely un-mounted before the card is powered down in
the event of an OSPM suspend.
The driver makes use of the MIC daemon to accomplish OSPM suspend
and resume. The driver registers a PM notifier per MIC device.
The devices get notified synchronously during PM_SUSPEND_PREPARE and
PM_POST_SUSPEND phases.
During the PM_SUSPEND_PREPARE phase, the driver performs one of the
following three tasks.
1) If the card is 'offline', the driver sets the card to a
'suspended' state and returns.
2) If the card is 'online', the driver initiates card shutdown by
setting the card state to suspending. This notifies the MIC
daemon which invokes shutdown and sets card state to 'suspended'.
The driver returns after the shutdown is complete.
3) If the card is already being shutdown, possibly by a host user
space application, the driver sets the card state to 'suspended'
and returns after the shutdown is complete.
During the PM_POST_SUSPEND phase, the driver simply notifies the
daemon and returns. The daemon boots those cards that were previously
online during the suspend phase.

With the previous changes, sysfs regular file code is ready to handle
bin files too. This patch makes bin files share the regular file
path.
* sysfs_create/remove_bin_file() are moved to fs/sysfs/file.c.
* sysfs_init_inode() is updated to use the new sysfs_bin_operations
instead of bin_fops for bin files.
* fs/sysfs/bin.c and the related pieces are removed.
This patch shouldn't introduce any behavior difference to bin file
accesses.
Overall, this unification reduces the amount of duplicate logic, makes
behaviors more consistent and paves the road for building simpler and
more versatile interface which will allow other subsystems to make use
of sysfs for their pseudo filesystems.

- A fix for a race between multi-cluster power management and cpu hotplug

is too generic and sounds like it enables/disables generic kernel boot

Before this option becomes a part of a full/final release, add the BLK_
prefix to it so that it is clear in absence of any other context that it
is block specific.

This commit adds support for Message Signaled Interrupts in the
Marvell PCIe host controller. The work is very simple: it simply gets
a reference to the msi_chip associated to the PCIe controller thanks
to the msi-parent DT property, and stores this reference in the
pci_bus structure. This is enough to let the Linux PCI core use the
functions of msi_chip to setup and teardown MSIs.

This commit introduces the support for the MSI interrupts in the
armada-370-xp interrupt controller driver. It registers an MSI chip to

The MSI interrupts use the 16 high doorbells, and are therefore
notified using IRQ1 of the main interrupt controller.

The advent of multi-cluster ARM systems requires a mechanism to describe
how in hierarchical terms CPUs are connected in ARM SoCs so that the kernel
can initialize and map resources like IRQs and memory space to specific
group(s) of CPUs.
The CPU topology is made up of multiple hierarchy levels whose bottom
layers (aka leaf nodes in device tree syntax) contain links to the HW
CPUs in the system.
The topology bindings are generic for both 32-bit and 64-bit systems and
lay the groundwork on top of which affinity schemes can be built.
This patch provides the documentation in the kernel required to define the
device tree bindings describing the CPU topology for ARM 32-bit and 64-bit
systems.

Provide the ability to enable and disable fscache cookies. A disabled cookie
will reject or ignore further requests to:
Acquire a child cookie
Invalidate and update backing objects
Check the consistency of a backing object
Allocate storage for backing page
Read backing pages
Write to backing pages
but still allows:
Checks/waits on the completion of already in-progress objects
Uncaching of pages
Relinquishment of cookies
Two new operations are provided:
(1) Disable a cookie:
void fscache_disable_cookie(struct fscache_cookie *cookie,
bool invalidate);
If the cookie is not already disabled, this locks the cookie against other
dis/enablement ops, marks the cookie as being disabled, discards or
invalidates any backing objects and waits for cessation of activity on any
associated object.
This is a wrapper around a chunk split out of fscache_relinquish_cookie(),
but it reinitialises the cookie such that it can be reenabled.
All possible failures are handled internally. The caller should consider
calling fscache_uncache_all_inode_pages() afterwards to make sure all page
markings are cleared up.
(2) Enable a cookie:
void fscache_enable_cookie(struct fscache_cookie *cookie,
bool (*can_enable)(void *data),
void *data)
If the cookie is not already enabled, this locks the cookie against other
dis/enablement ops, invokes can_enable() and, if the cookie is not an
index cookie, will begin the procedure of acquiring backing objects.
The optional can_enable() function is passed the data argument and returns
a ruling as to whether or not enablement should actually be permitted to
begin.
All possible failures are handled internally. The cookie will only be
marked as enabled if provisional backing objects are allocated.
A later patch will introduce these to NFS. Cookie enablement during nfs_open()
is then contingent on i_writecount <= 0. can_enable() checks for a race
between open(O_RDONLY) and open(O_WRONLY/O_RDWR). This simplifies NFS's cookie
handling and allows us to get rid of open(O_RDONLY) accidentally introducing
caching to an inode that's open for writing already.
One operation has its API modified:
(3) Acquire a cookie.
struct fscache_cookie *fscache_acquire_cookie(
struct fscache_cookie *parent,
const struct fscache_cookie_def *def,
void *netfs_data,
bool enable);
This now has an additional argument that indicates whether the requested
cookie should be enabled by default. It doesn't need the can_enable()
function because the caller must prevent multiple calls for the same netfs
object and it doesn't need to take the enablement lock because no one else
can get at the cookie before this returns.

gpiolib API to get debounce time and include small fix of extcon core/device

- The extcon-gpio driver use gpio_set_debounce() API provided from gpiolib
if gpio driver for SoC support gpio_set_debounce() function and support 'gpio_
activ_low' filed to check whether gpio active state is 1(high) or 0(low).
- Change field type of 'dev' in structure extcon_dev and remove the sequence
of allocating memory of 'struct dev' on extcon_dev_register() function because
extcon device must need 'struct device.
- Change extcon_dev_register() prototype to simplify it and remove unnecessary
parameter as below:

gpiolib API to get debounce time and include small fix of extcon core/device
driver.
Detailed description for patchset:
1. Modify extcon core driver
2. Fix coding style and typo
- extcon core : Fix indentation coding style and remove unnecessary casting
- extcon-max8997 : Fix checkpatch warning
- extcon-max77693 : Fix checkpatch warning
- extcon-arizona : Fix typo of comment and modify minor issue
- extcon-palmas : Use dev_get_platdata()
3. Modify extcon-arizona driver
- Modify minor issue about micbias and comparision statement
This patch remove extcon_dev_register()'s second parameter which means
the pointer of parent device to simplify prototype of this function.
So, if extcon device has the parent device, it should set the pointer of
parent device to edev.dev.parent in extcon device driver instead of in
extcon_dev_register().

This patch introduces a sample user space daemon which
implements the virtio device backends on the host. The daemon
creates/removes/configures virtio device backends by communicating with
the Intel MIC Host Driver. The virtio devices currently supported are
virtio net, virtio console and virtio block. Virtio net supports TSO/GSO.
The daemon also monitors card shutdown status and takes appropriate actions
like killing the virtio backends and resetting the card upon card shutdown
and crashes.

Allwinner has electric fuses (efuse) on their line of chips. This driver
reads those fuses, seeds the kernel entropy and exports them as a sysfs
node.
These fuses are most likely to be programmed at the factory, encoding
things like Chip ID, some sort of serial number, etc. and appear to be
reasonably unique.
While in theory, these should be writeable by the user, it will probably
be inconvenient to do so. Allwinner recommends that a certain input pin,
labeled 'efuse_vddq', be connected to GND. To write these fuses however,
a 2.5 V programming voltage needs to be applied to this pin.
Even so, they can still be used to generate a board-unique mac from,
board unique RSA key and seed the kernel RNG.
On sun7i additional storage is available, this is initially used for an
UEFI BOOT key, Secure JTAG key, HDMI-HDCP key and vendor specific keys.
Currently supported are the following known chips:
Allwinner sun4i (A10)
Allwinner sun5i (A10s, A13)
Allwinner sun7i (A20)

The "mentor, musb" binding isn't documented so I was about
to document it.
The node is missing a few properties for configuration like
"multipoint", "dyn_fifo", "num_eps" or "ram_bits". However
I am not sure "missing" is the right word here because some
of those informations might be obtained from the chip itself
but it is not done (yet).
Further the ePARP 2.3.1 says the matching goes from left to
right taking the fist match. Right now there is jus a driver
for "stericsson,db8500-musb" and none for "mentor, musb".
I'm not 100% that it is simply possible to have a generic
since even for DMA we have ifdefs in the driver between
"generic mentor dma" and "ux500 dma" and I mean within musb
and not the dma code.
For that reason (that I am not sure a generic musb binding
is possible and how its binding / required properties will
look like) and the reason that we have here a minor binding
without a driver to look at I suggest to remove that binding.
If the majority of people prefer to keep this binding I'm
curious how the documentation of the binding should look like.

Remove the list of possible pin configurations from the documentation
file and create header files containing those definitions.
This eliminates the need for error-prone manual lookup of those values
in the documentation and guarantees consistency between the human
readable representation of the pad function in the .dts file and the
actual binary value used in DT.

Both f_max and f_min will be informed for core layer to request
valid clock rate. But current setting from 'host->bus_hz' may
not represent the max/min frequency properly. Even if host can
actually support high speed than bus_hz, core layer will not
request clock rate over bus_hz. Basically, f_max/f_min can be set
with the values according to spec. And then host will make its best

The cpsw currently lacks code to properly set up the hardware interface
mode on AM33xx. Other platforms might be equally affected.
Usually, the bootloader will configure the control module register, so
probably that's why such support wasn't needed in the past. In suspend
mode though, this register is modified, and so it needs reprogramming
after resume.
This patch adds a new driver in which hardware interface can configure
correct register bits when the slave is opened.
The AM33xx also has a bit for each slave to configure the RMII reference
clock direction. Setting it is now supported by a per-slave DT property.
This code path introducted by this patch is currently exclusive for
am33xx and same can be extened to various platforms via the DT compatibility
property.

Add a generic associative array implementation that can be used as the
container for keyrings, thereby massively increasing the capacity available
whilst also speeding up searching in keyrings that contain a lot of keys.
This may also be useful in FS-Cache for tracking cookies.
Documentation is added into Documentation/associative_array.txt
Some of the properties of the implementation are:
(1) Objects are opaque pointers. The implementation does not care where they
point (if anywhere) or what they point to (if anything).
[!] NOTE: Pointers to objects _must_ be zero in the two least significant
bits.
(2) Objects do not need to contain linkage blocks for use by the array. This
permits an object to be located in multiple arrays simultaneously.
Rather, the array is made up of metadata blocks that point to objects.
(3) Objects are labelled as being one of two types (the type is a bool value).
This information is stored in the array, but has no consequence to the
array itself or its algorithms.
(4) Objects require index keys to locate them within the array.
(5) Index keys must be unique. Inserting an object with the same key as one
already in the array will replace the old object.
(6) Index keys can be of any length and can be of different lengths.
(7) Index keys should encode the length early on, before any variation due to
length is seen.
(8) Index keys can include a hash to scatter objects throughout the array.
(9) The array can iterated over. The objects will not necessarily come out in
key order.
(10) The array can be iterated whilst it is being modified, provided the RCU
readlock is being held by the iterator. Note, however, under these
circumstances, some objects may be seen more than once. If this is a
problem, the iterator should lock against modification. Objects will not
be missed, however, unless deleted.
(11) Objects in the array can be looked up by means of their index key.
(12) Objects can be looked up whilst the array is being modified, provided the
RCU readlock is being held by the thread doing the look up.
The implementation uses a tree of 16-pointer nodes internally that are indexed
on each level by nibbles from the index key. To improve memory efficiency,
shortcuts can be emplaced to skip over what would otherwise be a series of
single-occupancy nodes. Further, nodes pack leaf object pointers into spare
space in the node rather than making an extra branch until as such time an
object needs to be added to a full node.

A number of new drivers and some new functionality + a lot of cleanups
all over IIO.
New Core Elements
1) New INT_TIME info_mask element for integration time, which may have
different effects on measurement noise and similar, than an amplifier
and hence is different from existing SCALE. Already existed in some
drivers as a custom attribute.
2) Introduce a iio_push_buffers_with_timestamp helper to cover the common
case of filling the last 64 bits of data to be passed to the buffer with
a timestamp. Applied to lots of drivers. Cuts down on repeated code and
moves a slightly fiddly bit of logic into a single location.
3) Introduce info_mask_[shared_by_dir/shared_by_all] elements to allow support
of elements such as sampling_frequency which is typically shared by all
input channels on a device. This reduces code and makes these controls
available from in kernel consumers of IIO devices.
New drivers
1) MCP3422/3/4 ADC
2) TSL4531 ambient light sensor
3) TCS3472/5 color light sensor
4) GP2AP020A00F ambient light / proximity sensor
5) LPS001WP support added to ST pressure sensor driver.
New driver functionality
1) ti_am335x_adc Add buffered sampling support.
This device has a hardware fifo that is fed directly into an IIO kfifo
buffer based on a watershed interrupt. Note this will act as an example
of how to handle this increasingly common type of device.
The only previous example - sca3000 - take a less than optimal approach
which is largely why it is still in staging.
A couple of little cleanups for that new functionality followed later.
Core cleanups:
1) MAINTAINERS - Sachin actually brought my email address up to date because
I said I'd do it and never got around to it :)
2) Assign buffer list elements as single element lists to simplify the
iio_buffer_is_active logic.
3) wake_up_interruptible_poll instead of wake_up_interruptible to only wake
up threads waiting for poll notifications.
4) Add O_CLOEXEC flag to anon_inode_get_fd call for IIO event interface.
5) Change iio_push_to_buffers to take a void * pointer so as to avoid some
annoying and unnecessary type casts.
6) iio_compute_scan_bytes incorrectly took a long rather than unsigned long.
7) Various minor tidy ups.
Driver cleanups (in no particular order)
1) Another set of devm_ allocations patches from Sachin Kamat.
2) tsl2x7x - 0 to NULL cleanup.
3) hmc5843 - fix missing > in MODULE_AUTHOR
4) Set of strict_strto* to kstrto* conversions.
5) mxs-lradc - fix ordering of resource removal to match creation
6) mxs-lradc - add MODULE_ALIAS
7) adc7606 - drop a work pending test duplicated in core functions.
8) hmc5843 - devm_ allocation patch
9) Series of redundant breaks removed.
10) ad2s1200 - pr_err -> dev_err
11) adjd_s311 - use INT_TIME
12) ST sensors - large set of cleanups from Lee Jones and removed restriction
to using only triggers provided by the st_sensors themselves from
Dennis Ciocca.
13) dummy and tmp006 provide sampling_frequency via info_mask_shared_by_all.
14) tcs3472 - fix incorrect buffer size and wrong device pointer used in
suspend / resume functions.
15) max1363 - use defaults for buffer setup ops as provided by the triggered
buffer helpers as they are the same as were specified in max1363 driver.
16) Trivial tidy ups in a number of other drivers.

Merge tag 'iio-for-3.13a' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jic23/iio into staging-next
Jonathan writes:
First round of new drivers, functionality and cleanups for IIO in the 3.13 cycle
10) ad2s1200 - pr_err -> dev_err
Currently DT compatibility strings of both types can be found in the kernel
sources: <unit>-<soc> and <soc>-<unit>, whereas a unique format should be
followed and the former one is preferred. This patch converts the SDHI
MMC driver and its users to the common standard. This is safe for now, since
ATM no real products are using this driver with DT.
