1586cbb354 mmc: sh_mmcif: constify mmc_host_ops structures
The mmc_host_ops structure is only stored in the ops field of an
mmc_host structure, which is declared as const. Thus the mmc_host_ops
structure itself can be const.

Done with the help of Coccinelle.

dba4bb484e mmc: sh_mmcif: Remove unused clk_ctrl2_present from the platform data
There are currently no users of the clk_ctrl2_present member from the
platform data, so let's remove it.

Note, as some of the sh_mmcif variants may support clk_ctrl2, let's keep
the current code in the driver, which deals with this. For future support,
we should invent a DT binding instead, but let's leave that until it's
needed.

52e00b8418 mmc: sh_mmcif: Use a 10s timeout in the error recovery path
The current value means an mdelay(1) may execute up to 10000000 times,
which translates to around ~2.8 hours. This is probably not what the
orignal author had in mind. Let's instead use 10s, which is the same value
sh_mmcif is using for other timeouts.

5b1c29bcee mmc: sh_mmcif: Use response type to know when to enable busy detection
The sh_mmcif explicity checks for certain commands to decide when to
enable HW busy detection. Instead, it should only check the response type
as it tells if busy detection is needed.

In this way, the mmc core also gets full control whether it thinks busy
detection should be done or not. In some specific scenarios, like for
ERASE and STOP commands it may decide to fall back to use a CMD13 to poll
the card status instead.

4caf653a55 mmc: sh_mmcif: Restructure ->set_ios()
Both from a runtime PM and clock management point of view, the ->set_ios()
code is unnecessary complex.

A suboptimal path is also executed when the mmc core requests a clock rate
of zero. As that happens during the card initialization phase, trying to
save power by decreasing the runtime PM usage count and gating the clock
via clk_disable_unprepare() is just superfluous.

Moreover, from a runtime PM point of view the core will anyway keep the
device active during the entire card initialization phase.

Restructure the code to rely on the ios->power_mode to understand when the
runtime PM usage count needs to be increased. Let's also deal with clock
rate changes by simply applying the rate.

09cbfeaf1a mm, fs: get rid of PAGE_CACHE_* and page_cache_{get,release} macros
PAGE_CACHE_{SIZE,SHIFT,MASK,ALIGN} macros were introduced *long* time
ago with promise that one day it will be possible to implement page
cache with bigger chunks than PAGE_SIZE.

This promise never materialized. And unlikely will.

We have many places where PAGE_CACHE_SIZE assumed to be equal to
PAGE_SIZE. And it's constant source of confusion on whether
PAGE_CACHE_* or PAGE_* constant should be used in a particular case,
especially on the border between fs and mm.

Global switching to PAGE_CACHE_SIZE != PAGE_SIZE would cause to much
breakage to be doable.

Let's stop pretending that pages in page cache are special. They are
not.

The changes are pretty straight-forward:

 - <foo> << (PAGE_CACHE_SHIFT - PAGE_SHIFT) -> <foo>;

 - <foo> >> (PAGE_CACHE_SHIFT - PAGE_SHIFT) -> <foo>;

 - PAGE_CACHE_{SIZE,SHIFT,MASK,ALIGN} -> PAGE_{SIZE,SHIFT,MASK,ALIGN};

 - page_cache_get() -> get_page();

 - page_cache_release() -> put_page();

This patch contains automated changes generated with coccinelle using
script below. For some reason, coccinelle doesn't patch header files.
I've called spatch for them manually.

The only adjustment after coccinelle is revert of changes to
PAGE_CAHCE_ALIGN definition: we are going to drop it later.

There are few places in the code where coccinelle didn't reach. I'll
fix them manually in a separate patch. Comments and documentation also
will be addressed with the separate patch.

27cbd7e815 mmc: sh_mmcif: rework dma channel handling
When compiling the sh_mmcif driver for ARM64, we currently
get a harmless build warning:

../drivers/mmc/host/sh_mmcif.c: In function 'sh_mmcif_request_dma_one':
../drivers/mmc/host/sh_mmcif.c:417:4: warning: cast to pointer from integer of different size [-Wint-to-pointer-cast]
    (void *)pdata->slave_id_tx :
    ^
../drivers/mmc/host/sh_mmcif.c:418:4: warning: cast to pointer from integer of different size [-Wint-to-pointer-cast]
    (void *)pdata->slave_id_rx;

This could be worked around by adding another cast to uintptr_t, but
I decided to simplify the code a little more to avoid that. This
splits out the platform data using code into a separate function
and builds that only for CONFIG_SUPERH. This part still has a typecast
but does not need a second one. The SH platform code could be further
modified to pass a pointer directly as we do on other architectures
when we have a filter function.

The normal case is simplified further and now just calls
dma_request_slave_channel() directly without going through the
compat handling.

89d49a706c mmc: sh_mmcif: calculate best clock with parent clock
MMCIF IP on R-Car series has parent clock which can be set several rate,
and it was not implemented on old SH-Mobile series (= SH-Mobile series
parent clock was fixed rate) R-Car series MMCIF can use more high speed
access if it setups parent clock. This patch adds parent clock setup
method. It will be used if DT has "max-frequency", and then, this driver
assumes it is booted on R-Car Gen2 or later SoC. Because SH-Mobile series
(which doesn't boot from DT) and R-Car series (which boots from DT) have
different divider.

bad4371d87 mmc: sh_mmcif: Fix timeout value for command request
f9fd54f22e ("mmc: sh_mmcif: Use msecs_to_jiffies() for host->timeout")
changed the timeout value from 1000 jiffies to 1s. In the case where
HZ is 1000 the values are the same. However, for smaller HZ values the
timeout is now smaller, 1s instead of 10s in the case of HZ=100.

Since the timeout occurs in spite of a normal data transfer a timeout of
10s seems more appropriate. This restores the previous timeout in the
case where HZ=100 and results in an increase over the previous timeout
for larger values of HZ.

ce7eb68875 mmc: sh-mmcif: update to print version and bus clock rate on probe
Change the initial print to show chip version and the bus rate it is
working at instead of the driver version. This is more useful information
as we already know which driver version from the kernel it is in.

cb3ca1aed9 mmc: sh_mmcif: Move away from using deprecated APIs
Suspend and resume of cards are being handled from the protocol layer
and consequently the mmc_suspend|resume_host APIs are deprecated.

This means we can simplify the suspend|resume callbacks by removing the
use of the deprecated APIs.

Some newer MMCIF IP revisions contain a CE_CLK_CTRL2 register, that has to

preserve the current behaviour by default, i.e. when it is not enabled
in platform data. Patch is based on work by Nobuyuki HIRAI.
