186dcaa448 ARM: 6966/1: ep93xx: fix inverted RTS/DTR signals on uart1
It was discovered by Roberto Bergo, that RTS/DTR signals are inverted after
the boot, because it was causing him problems with hardware controlled modem
connected on ttyAM0. Todd Valentic came with this patch for the issue.

Discussion: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/ts-7000/message/20259

1c5454eed8 Change Ryan Mallon's email address across the kernel
I no longer work at Bluewater Systems. Update my email address accordingly. I
have deleted my email address from C files rather than change it. This
was suggested by several people, since the commit from my new email
address will cause scripts/get_maintainer.pl to function properly. I
have not added the .mailmap entry as suggested by Joe because I think
it is no longer necessary if I touch all the files which had my name
in them.

b57e3c2692 gpio/ep93xx: Add missing EP93XX_GPIO_PHYS_BASE define
The patch to convert of the ep93xx gpio driver to a platform_driver is

626a96db11 spi/ep93xx: add DMA support
This patch adds DMA support for the EP93xx SPI driver. By default the DMA is
not enabled but it can be enabled by setting ep93xx_spi_info.use_dma to true
in board configuration file.

Note that the SPI driver still uses PIO for small transfers (<= 8 bytes) for
performance reasons.

760ee1c4aa dmaengine: add ep93xx DMA support
The ep93xx DMA controller has 10 independent memory to peripheral (M2P)
channels, and 2 dedicated memory to memory (M2M) channels. M2M channels can
also be used by SPI and IDE to perform DMA transfers to/from their memory
mapped FIFOs.

This driver supports both M2P and M2M channels with DMA_SLAVE, DMA_CYCLIC and
DMA_MEMCPY (M2M only) capabilities.

b0ec5cf191 ARM: 6852/1: EP93xx: Remove ep93xx_gpio_dbg_show function
The interrupt printing functionality in the ep93xx gpio debugfs function
does not behave as expected. It prints [interrupt] beside all pins which
are capable of being interrupts, not just those which are currently
configured as interrupts.

The best solution is just to remove the custom ep93xx gpio debugfs
function all together. The generic gpiolib one is good enough.

fd015480c2 ARM: 6636/1: ep93xx: default multiplexed gpio ports to gpio mode
The EP93xx C and D GPIO ports are multiplexed with the Keypad Interface
peripheral.  At power-up they default into non-GPIO mode with the Key
Matrix controller enabled so these ports are unusable for GPIO.  Note
that the Keypad Interface peripheral is only available in the EP9307,
EP9312, and EP9315 processor variants.

The keypad support will clear the DeviceConfig bits appropriately to
enable the Keypad Interface when the driver is loaded.  And, when the
driver is unloaded it will set the bits to return the ports to GPIO mode.

To make these ports available for GPIO after power-up on all EP93xx
processor variants, set the KEYS and GONK bits in the DeviceConfig
register.

Similarly, the E, G, and H ports are multiplexed with the IDE Interface
peripheral.  At power-up these also default into non-GPIO mode.  Note
that the IDE peripheral is only available in the EP9312 and EP9315
processor variants.

Since an IDE driver is not even available in mainline, set the EONIDE,
GONIDE, and HONIDE bits in the DeviceConfig register so that these
ports will be available for GPIO use after power-up.

10d48b3934 ARM: 6440/1: ep93xx: DMA: fix channel_disable
When channel_disable() is called, it disables per channel interrupts and
waits until channels state becomes STATE_STALL, and then disables the
channel. Now, if the DMA transfer is disabled while the channel is in
STATE_NEXT we will not wait anything and disable the channel immediately.
This seems to cause weird data corruption for example in audio transfers.

Fix is to wait while we are in STATE_NEXT or STATE_ON and only then
disable the channel.

a387f0f540 ARM: 6359/1: ep93xx: move clock initialization earlier
Commit 7cfe24947 ("ARM: AMBA: Add pclk support to AMBA bus

However, in EP93xx clock initialization is arch_initcall which is done
later than AMBA device identification. This causes

So change ep93xx_clock_init() to be postcore_initcall.

f0fba2ad1b ASoC: multi-component - ASoC Multi-Component Support
This patch extends the ASoC API to allow sound cards to have more than one
CODEC and more than one platform DMA controller. This is achieved by dividing
some current ASoC structures that contain both driver data and device data into
structures that only either contain device data or driver data. i.e.

 struct snd_soc_codec    --->  struct snd_soc_codec (device data)
                          +->  struct snd_soc_codec_driver (driver data)

 struct snd_soc_platform --->  struct snd_soc_platform (device data)
                          +->  struct snd_soc_platform_driver (driver data)

 struct snd_soc_dai      --->  struct snd_soc_dai (device data)
                          +->  struct snd_soc_dai_driver (driver data)

 struct snd_soc_device   --->  deleted

This now allows ASoC to be more tightly aligned with the Linux driver model and
also means that every ASoC codec, platform and (platform) DAI is a kernel
device. ASoC component private data is now stored as device private data.

The ASoC sound card struct snd_soc_card has also been updated to store lists
of it's components rather than a pointer to a codec and platform. The PCM
runtime struct soc_pcm_runtime now has pointers to all its components.

This patch adds DAPM support for ASoC multi-component and removes struct
snd_soc_socdev from DAPM core. All DAPM calls are now made on a card, codec
or runtime PCM level basis rather than using snd_soc_socdev.

Other notable multi-component changes:-

 * Stream operations now de-reference less structures.
 * close_delayed work() now runs on a DAI basis rather than looping all DAIs
   in a card.
 * PM suspend()/resume() operations can now handle N CODECs and Platforms
   per sound card.
 * Added soc_bind_dai_link() to bind the component devices to the sound card.
 * Added soc_dai_link_probe() and soc_dai_link_remove() to probe and remove
   DAI link components.
 * sysfs entries can now be registered per component per card.
 * snd_soc_new_pcms() functionailty rolled into dai_link_probe().
 * snd_soc_register_codec() now does all the codec list and mutex init.

This patch changes the probe() and remove() of the CODEC drivers as follows:-

 o Make CODEC driver a platform driver
 o Moved all struct snd_soc_codec list, mutex, etc initialiasation to core.
 o Removed all static codec pointers (drivers now support > 1 codec dev)
 o snd_soc_register_pcms() now done by core.
 o snd_soc_register_dai() folded into snd_soc_register_codec().

b370e082e7 ARM: 5992/1: ep93xx: pass platform startup data as __initdata
A number of the peripherals for the ep93xx are registered at
startup using platform_data that is passed from the board init
code to the core code. This data is then copied to a local
static variable in the core code. Since the data is copied,
the original data can be marked as __initdata and discarded
after startup is complete.

This adds the __initdata tag to all the appropriate data in
the various ep93xx board init's. Specifically, all the
struct ep93xx_eth_data, struct ep93xxfb_mach_info, and
struct i2c_gpio_platform_data.

Also, document the various registration functions and note
what data should be marked as __initdata.

While here, also cleanup a couple over zealous whitespace tabs.

Moving this support from core.c to gpio.c allows making the two

4e6d488af3 ARM: 5910/1: ARM: Add tmp register for addruart and loadsp
Otherwise more complicated uart configuration won't be possible.
We can use r1 for tmp register for both head.S and debug.S.

NOTE: This patch depends on another patch to add the the tmp register
into all debug-macro.S files. That can be done with:

$ sed -i -e "s/addruart,rx|addruart, rx/addruart, rx, tmp/"

60214f058f Input: ep93xx_keypad - update driver to new core support
This driver was merged before the ep93xx core support was added
for the keypad clock and acquiring/releasing the necessary gpio's.
Now that the proper support is in the ep93xx core this driver
needs to be updated to work correctly.

Summary of changes:
  1) Remove some unused members from the platform data.
  2) Remove the custom KEY macro and use the ones available in
     <linux/input/matrix_keypad.h>
  3) Remove the keypad_{readl/writel} macros and just use
     __raw_{readl/writel} directly.
  4) Update the clk_set_rate() call to work with the core support.
  5) Cleanup the probe routine and remove some unneeded messages.
  6) Use the ep93xx core functions to acquire and release the gpio's.
  7) Fix the clk_get() call to get the keypad clock.

ebd00c08e2 ARM: 5756/1: ep93xx: introduce clk parent
The clock generation system in the ep93xx uses two external oscillator's
and two internal PLLs to derive all the internal clocks. Many of these
internal clocks can be stopped to save power.

This introduces a "parent" hierarchy for the clocks so that the users
count can be correctly tracked for power management.

The "parent" for the video clock can either be one of the PLL outputs
or the external oscillator. In order to correctly track the "parent"
for the video clock calc_clk_div() needed to be modified. It now
returns an error code if the desired rate cannot be generated.

6531a991f9 ARM: 5754/1: ep93xx: update i2c support
Update the ep93xx i2c support:

  1) The platform init code passes the configuration data for the
     i2c-gpio driver. This allows any gpio pin do be used for the
     sda and scl pins. It also allows the platform to specify the
     udelay and timeout.
  2) Program the gpio configuration register to enable/disable the
     open drain drivers. Note that this really only works if the
     sda and scl pins are set to EP93XX_GPIO_LINE_EEDAT and
     EP93XX_GPIO_LINE_EECLK.
  3) Update the edb93xx.c platform init to use the new support.
