This follows on the change ("regulator: Set PROBE_PREFER_ASYNCHRONOUS
for drivers that existed in 4.14") but changes regulators didn't exist
in Linux 4.14 but did exist in Linux 4.19.
NOTE: from a quick "git cherry-pick" it looks as if
"bd718x7-regulator.c" didn't actually exist in v4.19. In 4.19 it was
named "bd71837-regulator.c". See commit 2ece646c90 ("regulator:
bd718xx: rename bd71837 to 718xx")

The regulators array should never need to be modified, make it const so
compiler can put it to .rodata.

The defines for SC2731_WR_UNLOCK and SC2731_PWR_WR_PROT_VALUE makes
regmap_write() call looks strange because it takes reg parameter fist
then val.
Base on Erick's suggestion to define SC2731_PWR_WR_PROT and
SC2731_WR_UNLOCK_VALUE instead.
