2c4162be6c xfs: refactor loading quota inodes in the regular case
Create a helper function to load quota inodes in the case where the
dqtype and the sb quota inode fields correspond. This is true for
nearly all the iget callsites in the quota code, except for when we're
switching the group and project quota inodes. We'll need this in
subsequent patches to make the metadir handling less convoluted.

Having just dropped support for quota warning limits and warning

149e53afc8 xfs: remove the active vs running quota differentiation
These only made a difference when quotaoff supported disabling quota

1a7ed27165 xfs: create xfs_dqtype_t to represent quota types
Create a new type (xfs_dqtype_t) to represent the type of an incore
dquot (user, group, project, or none). Rename the incore dquot's
dq_flags field to q_type.

This allows us to replace all the "uint type" arguments to the quota
functions with "xfs_dqtype_t type", to make it obvious when we're
passing a quota type argument into a function.

b8a0880a37 xfs: quota: move to time64_t interfaces
As a preparation for removing the 32-bit time_t type and
all associated interfaces, change xfs to use time64_t and
ktime_get_real_seconds() for the quota housekeeping.

This avoids one difference between 32-bit and 64-bit kernels,
raising the theoretical limit for the quota grace period
to year 2106 on 32-bit instead of year 2038.

Note that common user space tools using the XFS quotactl
interface instead of the generic one still use the y2038
dates.

To fix quotas properly, both the on-disk format and user
space still need to be changed.

0b61f8a407 xfs: convert to SPDX license tags
Remove the verbose license text from XFS files and replace them
with SPDX tags. This does not change the license of any of the code,
merely refers to the common, up-to-date license files in LICENSES/

This change was mostly scripted. fs/xfs/Makefile and
fs/xfs/libxfs/xfs_fs.h were modified by hand, the rest were detected
and modified by the following command:

for f in `git grep -l "GNU General" fs/xfs/` ; do
	echo $f
	cat $f | awk -f hdr.awk > $f.new
	mv -f $f.new $f
done

And the hdr.awk script that did the modification (including
detecting the difference between GPL-2.0 and GPL-2.0+ licenses)
is as follows:

$ cat hdr.awk
BEGIN {
	hdr = 1.0
	tag = "GPL-2.0"
	str = ""
}

/^ \* This program is free software/ {
	hdr = 2.0;
	next
}

/any later version./ {
	tag = "GPL-2.0+"
	next
}

/^ \*\// {

14bf61ffe6 quota: Switch ->get_dqblk() and ->set_dqblk() to use bytes as space units
Currently ->get_dqblk() and ->set_dqblk() use struct fs_disk_quota which
tracks space limits and usage in 512-byte blocks. However VFS quotas
track usage in bytes (as some filesystems require that) and we need to
somehow pass this information. Upto now it wasn't a problem because we
didn't do any unit conversion (thus VFS quota routines happily stuck
number of bytes into d_bcount field of struct fd_disk_quota). Only if
you tried to use Q_XGETQUOTA or Q_XSETQLIM for VFS quotas (or Q_GETQUOTA
/ Q_SETQUOTA for XFS quotas), you got bogus results. Hardly anyone
tried this but reportedly some Samba users hit the problem in practice.
So when we want interfaces compatible we need to fix this.

We bite the bullet and define another quota structure used for passing
information from/to ->get_dqblk()/->set_dqblk. It's somewhat sad we have
to have more conversion routines in fs/quota/quota.c and another copying
of quota structure slows down getting of quota information by about 2%
but it seems cleaner than overloading e.g. units of d_bcount to bytes.

9da93f9b7c xfs: fix Q_XQUOTARM ioctl
The Q_XQUOTARM quotactl was not working properly, because
we weren't passing around proper flags. The xfs_fs_set_xstate()
ioctl handler used the same flags for Q_XQUOTAON/OFF as
well as for Q_XQUOTARM, but Q_XQUOTAON/OFF look for
XFS_UQUOTA_ACCT, XFS_UQUOTA_ENFD, XFS_GQUOTA_ACCT etc,
i.e. quota type + state, while Q_XQUOTARM looks only for
the type of quota, i.e. XFS_DQ_USER, XFS_DQ_GROUP etc.

Unfortunately these flag spaces overlap a bit, so we
got semi-random results for Q_XQUOTARM; i.e. the value
for XFS_DQ_USER == XFS_UQUOTA_ACCT, etc.  yeargh.

Add a new quotactl op vector specifically for the QUOTARM
operation, since it operates with a different flag space.

This has been broken more or less forever, AFAICT.

a4fbe6ab1e xfs: decouple inode and bmap btree header files
Currently the xfs_inode.h header has a dependency on the definition
of the BMAP btree records as the inode fork includes an array of

Move all the btree format definitions from xfs_btree.h,
xfs_bmap_btree.h, xfs_alloc_btree.h and xfs_ialloc_btree.h to
xfs_format.h to continue the process of centralising the on-disk
format definitions. With this done, the xfs inode definitions are no
longer dependent on btree header files.

The enables a massive culling of unnecessary includes, with close to
200 #include directives removed from the XFS kernel code base.

239880ef64 xfs: decouple log and transaction headers
xfs_trans.h has a dependency on xfs_log.h for a couple of

anything about the log, but this dependency means that they have to
include xfs_log.h. Decouple the xfs_trans.h and xfs_log.h header
files and clean up the includes to be in dependency order.

In doing this, remove the direct include of xfs_trans_reserve.h from
xfs_trans.h so that we remove the dependency between xfs_trans.h and
xfs_mount.h. Hence the xfs_trans.h include can be moved to the
indicate the actual dependencies other header files have on it.

Note that these are kernel only header files, so this does not
translate to any userspace changes at all.

7fd36c4418 xfs: split out transaction reservation code
The transaction reservation size calculations is used by both kernel
and userspace, but most of the transaction code in xfs_trans.c is
kernel specific. Split all the transaction reservation code out into
it's own files to make sharing with userspace simpler. This just
leaves kernel-only definitions in xfs_trans.h, so it doesn't need to
be shared with userspace anymore, either.

6ca1c9063d xfs: separate dquot on disk format definitions out of xfs_quota.h
The on disk format definitions of the on-disk dquot, log formats and
quota off log formats are all intertwined with other definitions for
quotas. Separate them out into their own header file so they can
easily be shared with userspace.

83e782e1a1 xfs: Remove incore use of XFS_OQUOTA_ENFD and XFS_OQUOTA_CHKD
Remove all incore use of XFS_OQUOTA_ENFD and XFS_OQUOTA_CHKD. Instead,
start using XFS_GQUOTA_.* XFS_PQUOTA_.* counterparts for GQUOTA and
PQUOTA respectively.

On-disk copy still uses XFS_OQUOTA_ENFD and XFS_OQUOTA_CHKD.

Read and write of the superblock does the conversion from *OQUOTA*
to *[PG]QUOTA*.

74a8a10378 userns: Convert qutoactl
Update the quotactl user space interface to successfull compile with
user namespaces support enabled and to hand off quota identifiers to
lower layers of the kernel in struct kqid instead of type and qid
pairs.

The quota on function is not converted because while it takes a quota
type and an id. The id is the on disk quota format to use, which
is something completely different.

The signature of two struct quotactl_ops methods were changed to take
struct kqid argumetns get_dqblk and set_dqblk.

The dquot, xfs, and ocfs2 implementations of get_dqblk and set_dqblk
are minimally changed so that the code continues to work with
the change in parameter type.

This is the first in a series of changes to always store quota
identifiers in the kernel in struct kqid and only use raw type and qid
values when interacting with on disk structures or userspace. Always
using struct kqid internally makes it hard to miss places that need
conversion to or from the kernel internal values.

60a34607b2 xfs: move xfsagino_t to xfs_types.h
Untangle the header file includes a bit by moving the definition of
xfs_agino_t to xfs_types.h. This removes the dependency that xfs_ag.h has on
xfs_inum.h, meaning we don't need to include xfs_inum.h everywhere we include
xfs_ag.h.

c59d87c460 xfs: remove subdirectories
Use the move from Linux 2.6 to Linux 3.x as an excuse to kill the
annoying subdirectories in the XFS source code. Besides the large
amount of file rename the only changes are to the Makefile, a few
files including headers with the subdirectory prefix, and the binary
sysctl compat code that includes a header under fs/xfs/ from
kernel/.
