ALSA: hda - Add reboot notifier to each codec

Browse Source 
Add reboot notifier to each codec so that it can do some workarounds
needed for reboot.

So far, patch_sigmatel.c calls its shutup routine for avoiding noises
at reboot on some HP machines.
