MIPS: traps: Fix SIGFPE information leak from do_ov' and do_trap_or_bp'

Avoid sending a partially initialised `siginfo_t' structure along SIGFPE
signals issued from `do_ov' and `do_trap_or_bp', leading to information
leaking from the kernel stack.
