usb: dwc3: gadget: remove redundant variable maxpacket

Variable maxpacket is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'maxpacket' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
