phy: qcom: qmp-usb-legacy: drop qmp_usb_legacy_iomap

Browse Source 
All PHYs supported by qmp-usb-legacy driver don't have issues with the
PCS region. Replace qmp_usb_legacy_iomap() with devm_of_iomap().
