staging: rtl8723bs: Use helpers to check broadcast and multicast Ether addresses

Use is_multicast_ether_addr() and is_broadcast_ether_addr()
instead of custom macro IS_MCAST() and MacAddr_isBcst(), the buffer
is properly aligned.
