PM / Domains: Rename argument of pm_genpd_add_subdomain()

Browse Source 
Change the name of the second argument of pm_genpd_add_subdomain()
so that it is (a) shorter and (b) in agreement with the name of
the second argument of pm_genpd_add_subdomain().
