[INET]: Make inet_create try to load protocol modules

Browse Source 
Syntax is net-pf-PROTOCOL_FAMILY-PROTOCOL-SOCK_TYPE and if this
fails net-pf-PROTOCOL_FAMILY-PROTOCOL.
