x86/irq: Clean up VECTOR_UNDEFINED and VECTOR_RETRIGGERED definition
During another patch review, David Rientjes noted that VECTOR_UNDEFINED and VECTOR_RETRIGGERED should be defined with ()s so that they are not erroneously used in an arithmetic operation.
