USB: ehci-platform: Add ACPI bindings for the EHCI platform driver.

Browse Source 
This enables USB on the ARM juno board when booted with
an ACPI kernel. The PNP id comes from the PNP/ACPI registry
and describes an EHCI controller without debug.
