mmc: omap: remove private DMA API implementation
Remove the private DMA API implementation from omap, making it use entirely the DMA engine API. Tested-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
