staging: comedi: addi-data: remove unused 'i_NbrTTLChannel' boardinfo

Browse Source 
None of the addi-data drivers that still use the "common" code have
ttl digital i/o. Remove the unnecessary boardinfo as well as the
subdevice initialization code.
