ARM: at91: dt: sam9rl: Device Tree for the at91sam9rlek

Add a device tree for the at91sam9rl-ek. For now it supports:
 - MMC
 - dbgu
 - usart1
 - watchdog
 - nand
 - leds
 - buttons
