ARM: ixp4xx: Drop all common code
After moving away from all the code we depend on in common we can get a clean device tree boot and delete the common code in arch/arm/mach-ixp4xx/common.c altogether. Two physical register addresses remain in use, just copy these verbatim into uncompress.h.
