Bluetooth: hci_qca: Add qcom devcoredump support
Intercept debug exception events from QCA controller and put them into a devcoredump using hci devcoredump APIs of hci_core Signed-off-by: Sai Teja Aluvala <quic_saluvala@quicinc.com> V2 -> V3: --------- changed hci_coredump_qca function V1 -> V2: --------- Updated to work with the updated HCI devcoredump API.
