arm: add basic support for Rockchip RK3066a boards This adds a generic devicetree board file and a dtsi for boards based on the RK3066a SoCs from Rockchip. Apart from the generic parts (gic, clocks, pinctrl) the only components currently supported are the timers, uarts and mmc ports (all DesignWare- based). ARM: use "depends on" for SoC configs instead of "if" after prompt Many ARM sub-architectures use prompts followed by "if" conditional, but it is wrong. Please notice the difference between config ARCH_FOO bool "Foo SoCs" if ARCH_MULTI_V7 and config ARCH_FOO bool "Foo SoCs" depends on ARCH_MULTI_V7 These two are *not* equivalent! In the former statement, it is not ARCH_FOO, but its prompt that depends on ARCH_MULTI_V7. So, it is completely valid that ARCH_FOO is selected by another, but ARCH_MULTI_V7 is still disabled. As it is not unmet dependency, Kconfig never warns. This is probably not what you want. The former should be used only when you need to do so, and you really understand what you are doing. (In most cases, it should be wrong!) For enabling/disabling sub-architectures, the latter is always correct. As a good side effect, this commit fixes some entries over 80 columns (mach-imx, mach-integrator, mach-mbevu). clockevents: rockchip: Add rockchip timer for rk3288 The rk3288 board uses the architected timers and these ones are shutdown when the cpu is powered down. There is a need of a broadcast timer in this case to ensure proper wakeup when the cpus are in sleep mode and a timer expires. This driver provides the basic timer functionnality as a backup for the local timers at sleep time. The timer belongs to the alive subsystem. It includes two programmables 64 bits timer channels but the driver only uses 32bits. It works with two operations mode: free running and user defined count. Programing sequence: 1. Timer initialization: * Disable the timer by writing '0' to the CONTROLREG register * Program the timer mode by writing the mode to the CONTROLREG register * Set the interrupt mask 2. Setting the count value: * Load the count value to the registers COUNT0 and COUNT1 (not used). 3. But all of them support the ARM-global-timer that got added as clocksource driver recently. So enable support for it to get a working clocksource for rk3188.
